On-call availability from 37 weeks, email, call, and text support, a comprehensive 2-hour childbirth class (to be booked), birth attendance, 3 hours of postpartum care, and a TENS machine for your comfort.

On-call support from 37 weeks, email, call, and text support, comprehensive childbirth class, birth attendance, postpartum care, 2 postpartum visits, 3 weeks of support, and inclusive TENS machine rental.

Postpartum Support
Experience flexible postpartum care options: overnight (7pm - 7am) or daytime (7am - 7pm). We provide nurturing support and guidance during this transformative time, ensuring you and your baby receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Military Mamas 4th Trimester Series
4 sessions, online or in-person, providing expert guidance for Military parents and CAF spouses, with support from a lactation consultant, infant sleep coach, pelvic floor therapist, and postpartum doula.

Child Birth Classes
In our childbirth classes, we cover your personal history, medical background, preferences, expectations, fears, pain coping techniques, and birth positions tailored to your needs. Join us for a comprehensive and empowering childbirth education experience.
